Terms of Service (ToS) for Kernel Vault Effective Date: February 20, 2025 Welcome to Kernel Vault, a software product provided by The Developer. By accessing, downloading, installing, or using Kernel Vault, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("ToS"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the product. 1. Description of Kernel Vault Kernel Vault is a software tool that, when voluntarily activated by the user, manually maps an undetected kernel driver onto your computer system. This kernel driver is designed and advertised for use in gaming environments, specifically to interact with anti-cheat protected games. The functionality of Kernel Vault is initiated solely at the user’s discretion and requires explicit user action to run the application. 2. User Acknowledgment and Consent By using Kernel Vault, you acknowledge and agree to the following: You are solely responsible for any decision to run Kernel Vault and activate its kernel driver mapping functionality. You understand that Kernel Vault will only manually map a kernel driver onto your PC if you, of your own free will, initiate and run the application. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Kernel Vault complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and the terms of service, end-user license agreements, or anti-cheat policies of any third-party platforms, including but not limited to gaming platforms or software providers (e.g., account bans, legal actions, or other penalties imposed by such platforms). I am not responsible for any consequences, including but not limited to violations of third-party terms of service, account suspensions, bans, legal actions, or other penalties resulting from your use of Kernel Vault. 3. Prohibited Uses You agree not to use Kernel Vault for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to: Engaging in activities that may harm, interfere with, or disrupt the operation of third-party systems, including anti-cheat software, beyond what is described in the product’s intended use. Distributing, selling, or sharing Kernel Vault with others in a manner that violates these Terms of Service, applicable laws, or the terms of any third-party platforms or e-commerce sites where the product is sold or resold. 4. Reselling Kernel Vault You may resell Kernel Vault on approved e-commerce platforms (e.g., Sellix or similar sites) with my prior written consent, provided that: You ensure that all resellers and end-users agree to and are bound by these Terms of Service. You inform resellers and end-users that they are fully responsible for any violations of third-party terms of service (e.g., gaming platforms, anti-cheat systems) or applicable laws resulting from their use or resale of Kernel Vault. I am not liable for any actions, claims, or damages arising from your resale or the end-users’ use of the product. 5. Disclaimer of Warranty Kernel Vault is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. I do not guarantee that Kernel Vault will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from vulnerabilities, including detection by anti-cheat systems. You use Kernel Vault at your own risk. 6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use or resale of Kernel Vault. This includes any actions taken by third parties, such as gaming platforms, anti-cheat systems, or legal authorities, in response to your use or resale of Kernel Vault. 7. Termination I reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Kernel Vault, or revoke your ability to resell it, at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if I believe your use or resale violates these Terms of Service or applicable laws. 10.
